About Us
David Mc Manus, the Owner and Managing Director of Premier TimberFrame Homes. David has been a carpenter for almost 20 years. During that time he has been working in Ireland, the UK, the U.S, Australia and New Zealand and building Timber Frame houses was a regular occurence. During David’s time in New Zealand he spent a year working on the Christchurch Earthquake Rebuild.
It was a busy and challenging time but very rewarding to help a country rebuild again. David has a huge love for Timberframe Houses and how efficient they are as a home and also how eco-friendly they are. Compared to a traditional build, Timberframe Houses are more affordable and construction time is much faster.
You could order a Timberframe Home today which will be built in approximately 12 weeks depending on the size and once your site is ready it can be erected in estimated 2 weeks depending on the size. David prizes himself on the affordability of his Premier Timberframe Homes but does not compromise on quality.
